Doren Spinner
Mr. Spinner is the Founder and Managing Principal of Rabbit Creek Partners. He ran Acken Signs as its Chairman & CEO from 2004 until the sale of the business in 2011. He was previously a Manufacturing Engineer and Six Sigma Blackbelt with General Electric. Mr. Spinner holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jim Sharpe
Mr. Sharpe is currently an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Harvard Business School. Previously, he was the Chairman & CEO of Extrusion Technology, a company he purchased in 1987 and sold in 2008, having transformed the firm from a commodity supplier of aluminum extrusions to a custom supplier of systems with significant value added content to the electronics market. Mr. Sharpe was successful in securing ISO certification in 1992, initiating manufacturing innovations, developing processes to support specific product niches, establishing strong vendor alliances and implementing strategies to significantly reduce lead times and was awarded the Bronze Shingo award in 2008. Mr. Sharpe’s efforts resulted in significant growth of the business as customers benefited from the quick turn and responsive services, previously not offered by traditional aluminum extruders.

Mr. Sharpe has held President positions in the Plastics Machinery and Processing businesses, and spent five years with GE after obtaining his MBA from the Harvard Business School. He serves on a number of boards and mentors company presidents.

Larry Lepard
Mr. Lepard is the Founder and Managing Partner of Equity Management Associates (EMA). He has spent his entire 32 year career as an investor, principally focusing on venture capital and emerging growth opportunities. Prior to co-founding EMA, Mr. Lepard spent 13 years at Geocapital Partners, in Fort Lee, NJ. There he was one of two Managing General Partners and was responsible for several venture capital funds. Prior to Geocapital, Mr. Lepard spent 7 years at Summit Partners in Boston and California, where he was a General Partner in Summit I and Summit II.

Mr. Lepard received his BA in Economics from Colgate University, and he received an MBA with Academic Distinction from Harvard Business School.
